Dax Reiseberg
After emigrating to NZ from South Africa in June 2007 we started our journey in Auckland and fell in love with this beautiful country and its people. In Auckland I worked as a Training and Development Manager for a franchise Retail Company. After a few years I got an opportunity to relocate to Christchurch and take up a Regional Operational Managers role in the same Retail Company. We have been living in Pegasus since our arrival in January and absolutely love it.
I have been married to my wife Rene for 14 years, we have 3 kids Hein 6, Neve she's 4 and the baby of the family Beau who is 6 months old. We love the school and teachers and having long term plans here in Pegasus we wanted to find a way to get involved with the school and community.
I am very excited and honoured to play a part in this great school, so many great and exciting things that lay on the horizon. I hope with some experience in the business sector I can bring something to the table.

Stuart Whitham
I have acted as the finance portfolio holder for the Board of Trustees of Waikuku School for the last 3 years.
I am the father of Holly and Freya Lodge Whitham and am a chartered accountant. I am passionate about maths and feel I have much to contribute in this area of the curriculum.

Nigel Sharplin
My involvement in the leadership group at Waikuku School over the last three years has been a time of real learning and reward. The team; BOT, PTA and Staff have been outstanding and I have seen many positive changes take place as we collectively determined our vision for our kids to have a great educational experience at this wonderful little school.
On a day to day practical level there is national standards to bring usefully into the student achievement reporting, a new school to design which will serve inquiry learning for the next 50 years, the management of the transition to Pegasus, staff to support and develop, and a growing roll of students we need to ensure get the best education and support we can provide. My intention is for our kids to have the best opportunity to find their gifts and talents to help them reach their fullest potential.
We are into another round of positive change at Pegasus, and working with the staff, our community and our kids to define an inspirational vision that everyone understands and can work towards is a current challenge. We want to get the foundations in place to build a world class educational facility.
I am committed to supporting Roger and the team as they further develop academic achievement and respectful behaviour at our school. And I am committed to establishing a school that integrates the beach culture with the multi-cultural expectations of our new families, and maximizes the opportunity to help our young talent find the courage.
